I took it off to replace the rope and had troubles and ending up taking it all apart and now this "pawl" part won't engage. I don't recall being as loose as it is but the bolt can't tighten any more to make this cover tighter. I don't even know though what the problem is or how these teeth/paws/keys are supposed to come out.
If someone could help me just understand how this works I may be able to on my own figure out what's wrong. Thanks!
