Good day,

My wife has indicated that she is not happy with the cut quality of my Fiskars push mower. I think the Fiskars is the best of its kind that I have tried, but since we are in the more-weeds-than-grass category, it tends to miss things like dandelion stalks.

Our lot is a shade over 1/3 of an acre. It seems to me my choices are:
1. Get rid of the weeds (this seems like a long term play)
2. Move to a powered mower

I am not interested in messing with cords or gasonline, so I'm squarely in the the battery powered camp.

I have noticed lately a couple of brusheless motor-powered mowers having come to market:

Greeenworks 40V 19" Brushless

Ryobi RY40170 40V 20" Brushless

The brushless motors appeal to me for their presumed longeveity and efficiency, particularly given that I have about 8000-9000 sq. feet of bumpy weedy turf to mow.

Has anyone here any advice on what would be a good approach or, ideally, experience with either of the two above?
