I hope some of you very knowledgable people can help me out
The motor is a Kawasaki R600v and starts and runs well until hot then floods and cut out. Full throttle to start again, engage blades and within 50m the motor floods and cuts out. ( all black smoke )
I had thought it was the needle and seat so removed the carby and cleaned and checked the float etc , cleared out the fuel lines and regulator, new filter, cleaned the tank and tried again. Ran sweetly for a while then the same, cleaned the carby again with the same result. With the motor giving me the same grief again I purchased a new carby and now the same issue only worse than before.
Question...could it be the fuel regulator not restricting the flow correctly and forcing fuel into the carby.
Any clues.

Have you checked the oil to make sure it isn't contaminated with gas. If there is gas in the oil, and it gets hot it turns to fumes and then gets drawn in as if the choke was on.
