LT125 42" Deck Mulch Plate

I'm looking for a mulch plate for a 42" Snapper deck. I found a mulch kit that includes hardware etc. Has anyone used one of these on this site? Is it easy to remove the mulch plate, leave the hardware in place and side discharge?

Hey I have the Sam mower. The mulching plate drops right in under the side chute flap and attaches with the same hardware you’d use with the bagger. They do tend to shake loose so I check them every time I mow. I switch from mulching to bagging in august or so for the rest of the season or I’d attach it more permanently.
