Looking for best spare blades (3) for 48" Scag Liberty

Figure I should start looking for a set (3) mower blades for my new Scag 48" LIberty.

Any recommendations ? I side-discharge when mowing & the OEM blades are std lift, so that is fine.

I’ve had really good luck with Rotary brand aftermarket blades. Stens also has good blades. They are usually a little cheaper than the Scag OE blades. You can find them through various online parts dealers. Many local mower dealer of other mower brands will carry them. Call around. Have your blade number and dimensions ready.
I believe these are the aftermarket blades.

No such thing as a universal "BEST" blade.
What works best on your grass might not work on your neighbours grass
Not uncommon for owners down her to run summer & winter blades
Most of the commercial customers run Gators because they rarely give a bad cut , not because they give the best cut on all of their clients grasses
I usually get them to try every set that I can get then pick which one works best for them.
Even then , during drought most will shift to low lift sand blades

Thanks MParr & Bert- I know my blades are 16-1/2" in lenght. But need to go under & get the OE part #. on my blades.

The part number should be in your operators manual.

Thank You MParr, It is......I have found part # 482877 in the back of my operator manual for my 48" Liberty.. Same part # your 1st link provided.

And I thought I read this manual thoroughly, being a new machine. Guess I need to re-read it w/my glasses on.
