It's interesting but a bit pricey for a non-running machine, IMO.

He has some other neat stuff for sale but I didn't see any real deals.

I agree. The price is definitely "up there". If I was local I would definitely take some cash and go check it out. I don't see to many of those come up for sale in my area.

Yup...expensive...but then again..most of us have only seen em in pics.
I notice that lawnboy mowers have about dried up on ebay. Wonder if that is a seasonal thing...or are they getting that rare?
A loafer may be a good investment if rarity is the case.

You are right, Lee. There hasn't been much on eBay this year. I have a couple of 19 incher's that will be up sometime this spring/summer. I had a hiccup with my health at the beginning of this year which has slowed me down a bit. I have had that 5006 on my bench for some time with no progress. I did finally get the engine squared away. ( new rings, upper & lower bearings & seals, honed cylinder, media blasted everything) Looks really good. I rebuilt the recoil. I have the rest of the pieces to finish it, I just need to pull the trigger on getting the deck done. I keep looking at my 5269F too. 19 inch, d-series too. Warmer weather brings more motovation, can't wait!!! Hopefully some pics will soon follow
