I bought my Hustler Raptor with Kawasaki engine and 52" cut. All of sudden the deck dropped to the ground. A bolt that is unlike any I have ever seen goes through 3 henged parts and has a strange nut-like part of it that goes behind the flange and I cannot figure it out.

Quality Control/ Workforce has become lax in quite a few assembly plants I believe. I would call Dealer in the morning & ask them to send Technician out to make repair. Mower is new & under warranty? Too many employees on their cell phones may be culprit.
