Lesco 48” Hydro Walk Behind died and won’t run

The mowers a bit old but runs great. Had coils replaced last month. Started it today and it died a few minutes into mowing. Sounded almost like it ran out of fuel. Any ideas?

I just watched a video on its operation, you have several safety switches, hopefully video is in this post, check switches first.
