This weekend i picked up a lawnboy 8073 at a garage sale for $15 and when i got home i:

.Took the plug out=Cleaned and gaped it
.sprayed WD-40 in the cylender
.pulled it over a few times to de-seaze it=Operational
.checked for spark=OK
.put new fuel line on
.cleaned and greased the choke and throttle cable on the Walbro carb
.put fresh 91 Octane gas/oil mix in the tank mixed at 32/1 [a little richer so the rings and seals would get good and lubed up again after 5 years of sitting like the guy said it had been
.cleaned the rust off the coil and flywheel
.put it all back together and primed it 3 times and she fired right up but she smoked like crazy burning off all the old oil {also i had her on the slow idle setting}
.let it run for 10 mins
