Kohler 26hp SV735
Engine was run without oil and crankshaft seized up. It was running fine. I have the engine apart and used PD blaster for 48hrs, plus I've have hammered (wood in between) on it but I can't get it to release. Any suggestion on next steps?

Hang the engine up by the PTO shaft
Apply a lot of heat to the crank case
The crank is welded to the case or there is a deep burr.
If the oven is bug enough then you can heat the cases to around 300C and that will usually release the crank
