My 4 year old 80 Kobalt mower will not start up unless I put it in the sun to let it warm up. This has been an issue all summer. It is stored out of the weather but I think it is probably moisture related. It is still under warranty but Lowes has been a pain to deal with. Any ideas on how to correct?
