John Deere F 745

I have a F 745 John Deere that has intermittent electrical problems. Sometimes it starts sometimes not. Once started it runs good. If I release the parking brake it will stall. I have checked all safety switches and they are working correctly. I suspect the module/switch but at $100.00+ I am hessitant to purchase this unit with out further checking. Does anyone know a sure fire method to check this module? (Part # AM 121126)

It doesn't sound like the control module, I just replaced the control module on a JD, but my problem was that it would turn over but hand no spark even after I replaced the ignition coils. It sounds like you have a loose wire or dirty wire connections, I would disconnect all the connection and blow them out, also look for cut wires..
