IS500Z Blades work intermittently

I have a Ferris IS500Z 26 HP Briggs and Stratton. The Blades stop and start, running intermittenly. I have replaced the clutch, the seat emergency cutoff switch, the seat and the tpo switch. Nothing seems to correct the problem. The engine continues to run but the blades stop and start. Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you Burnish your new clutch? If not try doing so, instructions on burnishing should have come in box with new clutch.

Also check air gap in clutch windows, should have been done at factory.
