Information for Powr Kraft 18HP/42” mower?

I picked up an older Powr Kraft 18HP/42” mower. The info. Sticker/plate is missing.
Looks like it’s a Montgomery Ward Power Kraft Lawn Tractor (1994) engine info
Briggs & Stratton engine manufactured CODE # 9404015A / April 01 1994.

I’m looking for some information on-

1. Size of front tires & rim size & diameter of axle-(tires don’t seem right air valve & zerk/grease fitting face inside, center of rim is offset a little bit) Any replacement suggestions/manufactures& part numbers?

2. Throttle control box ass’y seems to come down from fast to slow when in use. Control box (top & bottom cracked a little) & choke ass’y (missing retainer)easily comes out of dash. Any suggested fixes for?

Model number 134Q699G088 Looks like the tire/wheels are off of a newer style mower. There was a period where MTD put the valve stems on the inside due to people knocking them when they hit the curb with the front tires. You are most likely missing the choke cable retainer clip that slides down over the tabs after the cable is inserted into the dash. And the only way to service the tranny is to remove it turn it upside down and allow the oil to drain out, then measure the amount of oil and then replace it with the same amount of 20w50 if this is the hydro-gear transaxle. Then go through the purge procedures to bleed the air out of the system.
