Identifying Tree/Bush Species?

I am not sure how to identify this tiny tree/bush species. It is growing in the rocks along the side of my shop. If possible I will move it or give it away but need to know what it likely is before doing so. It seems to be some type of conifer not a broadleaf. I have a pine tree, cedar, and many styles of arborvitae but this does not seem to be the same type of needle pattern to anything I have. It is about 6" tall in the below picture.

Looks like it could be a white spruce. I have a few mature white spruces and the little ones look like that. You have another one poking its top out in the picture.

Thanks Buzzzmeister. I think that is likely what it is. After looking up 'white spruce' on the web I am positive that is what I have in the back side of the yard probably 35ft from this little one. It has been here since ~1997 but it has never been particularly full and healthy looking. Maybe due to the solid clay ground we have where we are located. Pics of the one I am describing below...

I guess I did not think the little ones might look so different than the mature trees.
