Hustler mower drive belt issues

Is something wrong with my spindles or am I buying crappy belts? The belt stretches in one spots and then the deck radles badly and throws it after 5 minutes of use. Nothing is lose as far as idlers or spindles. Does anyone have a link to a good as close to bulletproof belt?

Kevlar belts do not stretch
Even plain pollyester belts do not stretch very much and some actually shrink .
Belts wear thin on the sides so they sit deeper in the pulley and become loose
SO if you see a thin spot that is because the belt has burned .
This happens because the belt is stationary against a spinning pulley
