My problem, the last 3 Briggs and Stratton push mowers I have bought, all have the same problem. They all have three bolts holding the cover on that protects my engine on my mower. I cannot get the bolt in the back of the cover to come out. The bolt will not turn, no matter what I do, plus it has the plastic around the bolt and it makes it alot harder to get to. It is the same on all three mowers, what am I missing? All three bolts look identical, the 2 in the front can be removed easily but the one in the back will not turn, its the same on all 3 mowers. Someone has got to have the right answer.
