Help identify a part

So I replaced some parts on my Craftsman rider spinal shaft and bearings and blades. Then a few days later, I知 walking across my yard and find a bolt. It is a black washer head bolt the shaft is smooth for about 1/4" then around another 1/4" of 1/4-20 threads. So it was used to hold something in place but allows ?? to swivel/pivot Any Ideas??

That could be an idler pulley bolt.

I assume spinal shaft is a spindle shaft? Take a long, close look at your entire machine, it came out of somewhere, obviously:wink:.
