I would take the belt off the pulley, then spin the pulley and see if there is any slack or if it make noise like the bearing is ruff, if it does you had better change it out before it locks up and you will have to change it & the belt, might need to change the belt any way, if it looks bad, most of the time when you are looking at a replacement pulley like that it come with the Bearing, if the pulley is riveted together that the reason, I have used a side grinder to cut the head of the rivet & taken the bearing to a Belt & Bearing Dealer and matched up the bearing then put it back together, but in 99.9 % of the cases it is better to just go buy a new pulley, the bearing will be in it, if you are buying the right part as listed in the parts cataloge
