governor got bumped now running wot

Not sure how but my governor got bumped or something now its running full throttle. Kinda like the power but it is loud as hell if tried adjusting the nut and it doesn't do much its a hrr2168vka with a gcv160 help please

Double-check to make sure all the rods, springs, etc. are in the correct position, especially the rod and spring that connect the the governor arm and throttle arm:

The VKA is a fixed-throttle design. It starts/runs at wide-open throttle at all times. A tachometer is needed to check the maximum engine speed, which should be 2,950~3,100 rpm. Here's how to adjust:
