Ive got a Cub Cadet LT 1050 That broke the Drive Belt and bent the Engine Pulley above the PTO, I've tried removing it and its frozen won't budge, any solutions that you've used successfully, the belt broke and jammed over the top of the Pulley bending the top sheave downward, its got to be replaced.

It is not going to be easy.
As the pulley is stuffed then heat the snaft red hoy ans pry the pulley off using a wrecking bar or two.
BE careful not to cook the PTO oil seal.
When it is off polish the shaft and coat liberally with anti seize .
IF there is a gap between the engine & pulley where water can get in, fir some felt washers to fill the space.

CC drive pulleys are bad to rust seize to the engine's crankshaft.

I prefer to simply pull the engine. Then using bearing separator and puller, tighten up the puller and then start applying heat to the pulley hub as you continue to tighten up the puller assy. This way don't heat the crankshaft.
