Have Toro zero turn 21.5 hp kawaski engine smokes pretty heavy in start up sometimes bad other times not bad but always some.Im not sure if it smokes while mowing hard to tell but have to add oil before each use.One plug is really carboned up when I check them not sure it's a valve seal or oil ring issue would like to order parts before I rip it apart any suggestions?

Ordering parts before one has seen the problem is a sure-fire way to waste money.
One of these times, it will run out of oil before the previous use ends.
Then you're up for a new motor.
My suggestion would be to shut it down, tear it down and order parts based on the analysis of the tear-down.

I’m betting the cylinder with the carboned plug has a blown head gasket. I’d start there by pulling the head and check before buying any parts.
