Is there a source for the bronze-colored spray paint use on the 60-70's vintage B&S engines? Or a reasonable-looking substitute? I have a 4HP to paint. Thanks.

OK I'll check theirs. I'm looking to match the original as close as possible. Thanks, I appreciate the help.

The only bronze paint Briggs list is PN 319674GS for a spray can. Pricey though at nearly $30 per can.

Take a look at the VHT Burnt Copper metallic engine paint.

Well I couldn't find any VHT Burnt Copper paint but Dupli-Color makes a wheel paint at 13 bucks a can called Rose Gold which is pretty close, but it's a matte finish. The B&S paint is available but would be near 45 bucks (!) by the time it gets here. I'll keep digging, but may just go with the Dupli-Color and if it's too flat, shoot a clear coat over it. I appreciate the responses.
