Is there another mower deck adjustment other than the obvious one? My mower seems to be mowing lower than it did when I originally bought it. Even on the highest setting, it's not high enough. Is there something that could be worn out where the deck attaches to the frame of the mower itself, causing the deck to sag. It does have the power deck lift which I don't think has anything to do with the cutting height.
