Deck left/right alignment

I have a new Toro 42” timecutter/myride. While performing my break-in maintenance, I noticed that the left edge of the mower deck ‘hangs’ about 3 inches out past the left rear wheel edge. The right edge of the deck hangs almost even with the outer edge of the right wheel. I have the recycler kit installed so there is no chute, and the deck edge is pretty close to the blade edge on both sides.

Should the deck outer edges centered between the wheels to overlap a bit, or is this normal For this model?
