Does anyone have an overhead picture, looking down on a 46 in yard man deck. I removed the deck to change all belts, and changed out a frozen idler plate, removed and lubed all pulleys and springs. Now with the deck re-assembled. The engine to deck belt just seems to be too slack when disengaged, but is fine when engaged and drives the mowers fine. I'm wondering if I have a spring mis connected, and the exploded parts diagrams are not much help. Any help is appreciated. It is a 13AO772h755, 18 hp, 46 in deck. 2007 model.

If it is a manual belt engagement then it has to go slack when int engaged
If you have an electric PTO then it should be tight all the time
