I inherited this RZT and it has worked flawlessly for about a year with just basic maintenance. Recently one of the deck lift cables failed so I ordered replacements and installed them. However, now that I have two new lift cables, the right side of the deck will not raise. The left side raises quite well but the right does not. I have climbed all over this thing looking for the issue. I cannot move the lift arms independently when the deck is removed, however as soon as I reinstall the deck, the right side does not lift.
Any suggestions or advice on this issue are appreciated.
I have verified that the lift cables are correct and the same size as the ones removed.
I have verified that the cables are installed correctly.
I have verified that the hairpin on the left side is in place, did not see one or a place for one on the right side?
