Hi guys. I have a Craftsman leaf vacuum with a 190cc B&S Quantum 6.5 hp engine on it, the engine is dusted out, got it from my old neighbors. I want to just replace the engine. The engine numbers are 123k02-0332-E1 04080458. That decodes to crankshaft part number 694478. These are so common on lawn mowers and you can find old mowers so cheap. I found one nearby and the guy actually sent me a pic of the engine numbers: 12H802-1753-81 01080657, crankshaft p/n 593916. Damn! Not the same part number. I need the replacement engine to be able to fit in place and attach to the cutter and vacuum mechanism that's under the leaf vacuum. I'm wondering what the differences are between the two cranks? Can any of you actually find a drawing or know the dimensions like length/diameter/etc? Thanks!

Leaf vacuum’s and chippers use a tapered shaft, while mowers use a straight shaft. You’ll have to find an engine off a vacuum or chipper.
