Does anyone know if there is a carb rebuild kit for Kawasaki 15004-0827 Carburetor (Goes on Fs600V)? I can find exploded view diagrams and the whole carb assy, but not a "rebuild kit" for it.

Kawasaki as well as Honda don't offer complete carb repair kits like the American counterparts. All parts have to be sourced individually.

Kawasaki does offer kits for current engine models FX, FS and FR models. The part number you would need for FS is 11028-6316.

This would be the case for all engine models except FR, FS, and FX. Kits are available for these models only.

11028-6297 superseded to 11028-6316. But this kit don't contain every gasket depending on the spec number so you need to double check the PNs before ordering so you can order the others as needed. OR maybe I don't have all the supersedes loaded. Distributor files are screwy this year.

And even in some cases the diagrams don't show the carb kit. Even in cases where one site shows the kit, but another has no mention of those kits or the page with the carb gasket and engine gasket, or head replacement kits..
