Mower deck Belt

I own a cheetah with a 61v deck and I am looking for the best instruction on how to replace the large drive belt? I have 100 hours all pully's appear in alignment and we are trying to install the new belt.

The manual doesn't provide instruction just general data on maint of the belt etc in section 7.8.

When you say "I have 100 hours" do you mean 100 hours on the machine or 100 hours on the belt?
