I recently bought an Ikon XD52 from Lowe’s and picked it up still in the crate. The one they attempted to deliver from the warehouse was all scratched up and not assembled correctly, which I refused delivery. I uncrated the mower and easily assembled and adjusted it. I found the cup holder plastic insert was cracked, so I called Ariens customer service. I explained what I found and they said, “ no problem”, and sent me a new one. I had immediately registered the mower, so they had all the necessary info.
Thanks Ariens. I’m so glad you are manufacturing in the USA and have great customer service.
