I cleaned the tank and the carb. Before it would only run for a few seconds with fluid, I installed a new diaphragm and after turning the mixture screw (I guess my Pulsa-jet doesnt have a spring to seat the screw?) nearly all the way out, I was finally able to get it to start and run on gas. With choke of course. Now, I was fiddling with the screw and I turned it too far one way, and it died, and I cannot find the same spot with the screw to get it to start or run anymore. I looked at the IPL for my carb, and I do not see a spring for the mixture screw (they call it a pilot screw). I guess I will do more turning tommorow, but if anyone has any suggestions in the meantime, I would sure appreciate it. Compression is at 120+ PSI. the codes are 91212-0022-01. Thanks

Sounds like you need to clean the carb better. I use a single strand of multistand wire to push thru the tiny jets in the carb. Also blow thru with air from compressor. gregjo1948
