Hi,
I just picked up a mower from the side of the road. It is my first time working on a mower. The pull starter wheel wouldn’t engage so i took the shroud off and began to try to crank it with a drill. Every other rotation, there is a point where it gets hard to crank and it makes the sound an air pump does when the tire is full. I’m assuming it is due to the piston compressing the air at the top of its revolution. is this a problem or normal?
