I have a 210 that will urn over but will not start. I have cleaned the carb, replaced the plug and spark plug wire. I think it may be an electrical issues such as the condenser. If any body has some ideas please let me know. Thanks!

A friend also brought me this leaf blower but for some reason it is hard to start, losses power, floods very easily (like after 3 primes), and has oil leaking from the seams. Anybody know what could be going on? I replaced the diaphragm on the carburetor and cleaned it out already.
