    Craftsman riding mower had a hard time going up hills

    Craftsman riding mower Model 917.276882 26HP Kohler engine. Just changed 1 broken pulley and drivebelt. Tractor will mow with belt engaged, but bogs down to a snail's pace when driving up a hill. Cannot tell if there is a belt or engine issue. Changed oil and cleaned air filter. Not sure if...
