I have a 2006 turf tiger with a 23hp engine, for some reason the idle keeps running up and down and it wont stabilize.I though it might be the spring that connects to the throttle and govener. It is fuel injected so i cant figure out how to adjust it or remy this problem. Does anyone know how...
