On the Toro zero turn 5000 (22.5 hp engine) there seem to be many safety switches that may be my problem. It seems the engine is seized after removing the cowling and trying to turn the top nut with a ratchet which I can't turn at all. Where do the tow/ no tow rear pins have to be positioned...
