Hi all. I have a Toro mower. Every once in a while if I hit a patch of thick weeds, the mower will stall. That's not so much my issue. The issue is that almost always when I go to start it again, it won't fire up. I'm wondering if I'm flooding it? Waiting a while usually clears the problem up. I...
