Thanks for the info, Going to take the carb off and see what it looks like in there..

So got this mower for free guy said no spark.. Had dirty plug, cleaned and now has spark.. Has compression Fuel line and tank were full of nasty gas cleaned and replaced that.. Primer bulb is gone as in not there.any.more.. So I taped shut with duct tape to seal that off till new primer bulb...
