won't start after washing Kohler 7000

Cub XTM1 46
Washed it last week after mowing, it started and pulled into garage. It won't start this week. I replaced the fuel, spark plugs, air filter..still won't start. It cranks and motor is turning but just won't start. I cleaned the carb with carb cleaner, it's a fairly new mower so there wasn't any carbon. Checked the spark plugs with inline spark plug tester. It has power, not sure what else to check! Any help is appreciated.

Water is not your friend when it comes to mowers. Try putting a small amount of gas into the intake and see if it will start and run, starts and dies, or just doesn't start. If it starts and dies then you have a fuel problem, possibly the fuel solenoid isn't opening when the key is turned on, or you forgot to plug it back in when you removed and cleaned the carb. If it starts and runs then may need to make sure the choke is closing completely.

Sounds like a seat safety switch went bad.

Is the seat switch in the starting circuit ?

There's a seat switch but when I sit on it, I can hear the click noise I believe it's from the carb. I will check and see if I can find anything wrong with it

f it is a newish mower then I seriously doubt you can jump the seat switch.
Because of all of the fools who follow what idiots post on U-tube most new mowers have a tamper proof seat switch.

Without a wiring diagram I can not proffer a solution because a lot of mowers are now fitting relays in the starting circuit which puts the seat switch in the starting circuit where as a few years ago seat switches were not in the starting circuit.
I can not find any mention of a Cub XTM1 46 so can not find a wiring diagram for the mower to check any answer is correct before posting.

So if Abraham wants an answer we will need him to post the Cub model numbers from the tag under the seat, otherwise we are just guessing
