    Kawasaki FD750D-AS04 running poorly

JD X350 with 180 hrs. running so bad while mowing i didn't think it would make it back to the shop . Pulled original plugs and replaced with what the Auto supplier referenced the NGK to Champion that I ask for . I;ve never had a engine start so fast when the 1st piston went to compression .

    Mower Deck Maintenance

If you've failed to maintain the under side as i do and it's dried , mow wet grass for a couple hours to soak the dry then a water hose with a good multi - pattern nozzle works well to clean the under side . I avoid dirt , sand and rocks . That's the job of the string trimmer .

I believe that Bad Boy has a elect. operated fuel valve at the carburetor . Those sometimes click when the key is turned to on and off .

    Cutting height ?

You make yourself a L shaped Gauge of 3/4 X 1" pine with a strip of styrofoam attached to one edge . Park on a flat surface to heck , not to be confused with level , and the blade will mark the styrofoam . Put a felt tip pen mark on the first if you would like to check deck level .

    Best Mower I Ever Owned

Push mower built from 5 different mowers . Long before string trimmers and those weren't needed with this mower . It would suck tall grass / weeds from a fence . The only part new was the blade . The reason it worked so well was the deck was a donut looker , the blade missed the deck edge by...

    Kawasaki idles faster after running

I had a thought on mine because others doing the same . it idles normal when first started but increase idle speed later . Some piece of that idle system is growing longer as the heat increases . Which could it be .

    Kawasaki idles faster after running

My X-350 does exactly the same as the . The screw that appears to adjust idle does nothing . It looks as if i'll be looking for a service manual .

Tips for blade sharpening, how do ya’ll do it?

Those using the bench grinder need to dress the stone occasionally to keep it sharp . Those stones that are hardest need to be dressed more often than a softer stone . So why don't we dress the Rt angle grinder . Because of the manufacturing process that dressing isn't needed . It's a...

Leaving clippings on top of the lawn, looks ugly

Any mower i buy with a baffle for each blade , those baffles get removed so clippings are dispersed evenly . Attempting to make a mulching deck discharge evenly is a failure .
