    Fixed ended up buying new starter could not fix the old one no matter what I TRYED.Should halve done that to start with.

    I have a 1998 yard machine model 13am675g062,chews up starter gears about as fast as I put them on.H ave changed the bendix spring swaped out fly wheel with another one just like it,does the same thing ,fly wheel has alumenum ring gear,calls for 16 tooth plastic starter gear.dont know what else...

    troy bilt bronco hard to shift in drive or reverse if it is running if not running will shift good.model 422545.appreisheate any help.
