Yes the exhaust port and screen is clean. Even started it with the muffler off. Still didn’t rev. So more likely the exhaust is not the problem.

The new carb is a Zama K66B RB2. Very doubtful it’s dirty. It could be that metering valve set a little high letting to much fuel into the combustion chamber. that would explain wetness around the exhaust screen. This echo driving me crazy.
