    I had of these a few months ago. It actually wideneed the gap in the crankshaft keyway. I wrapped the new flywheel key a couple of rounds with tin foil. Customer hasn't called me back. So I guess it's still good. His key was stretched and bent out of shape, instead of breaking.

    Yes sir. Loosen the nut. Push throttle lever to WOT, (clockwise) then turn the governor rod clockwise til it stops. Tighten nut. About 4 times now. With the throttle lever pushed all the way (towards the carb) it's still wide open.
