I kinda forgot about that tool .
and a funny i can recall was when the condenser was too large or too small . And iir when new points were bought there was a condenser in the package ,

Is that a motorcycle engine? I know I’ve seen that setup before, but age has fogged my memory. I’ve got both of those tools, plus a plastic Briggs condenser spring compressor.

It's on an old briggs engine on a 1956 lawn tractor. Not the original but probably 60s vintage.

I knew I’d seen it before. Briggs part number is 291659 for breaker assembly.

Thanks. Got it running but the carb sat for years with gas in it and it is trashed. Got a chineese one coming from sleezebay. Looks like the one one it is already AM
